Tucked off Exit 13 on I-89 in Grantham, NH, Eastman Community Association features 4 dedicated outdoor pickleball courts in good condition, earning a 4.7 rating. Organized play runs Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9–11am and Sunday afternoons from 3–5pm, continuing until snowfall. Courts remain open at all other times for individual play. Non-Eastman residents can access the courts for $5 per day, $50 per month, or $100 per season for adults. Players note the courts themselves are well-maintained, though parking can be limited — spaces are available at the court or along Glenwood and Winding Wood Roads. A portable restroom is on-site, with indoor facilities nearby at South Cove Activity Center.
